Residents reserve times through a private building link or QR code. Confirmations and reminders are sent automatically.

We arrive and serve

We set up a professional station, serve each appointment on time, sanitize between clients, and leave the space as we found it.

What We Need From the Building

Our footprint is intentionally small.

Space of roughly 8 by 8 feet with good lighting.
One standard electrical outlet.
Access for setup about 30 minutes before the first appointment.
Resident notice. Permission to share the booking link or QR code by email, lobby display, or resident portal.
Your building's rules. We follow your vendor, insurance, and access requirements.

Scheduling

Service days run Tuesday through Saturday, generally between 11 AM and 8 PM.

Recurring days. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on resident demand.
Booked in advance. Appointments open well before each service day, so visits are planned and punctual.
Easy rebooking. Residents can reserve the next service day after each appointment.
Your calendar first. Dates are coordinated around building events and maintenance.

Is there a cost to the building?

No. Residents pay RESIDE directly for their services. There is no fee to the property or association.

Does our staff need to manage bookings?

No. Residents book, pay, and receive reminders through RESIDE. Staff are only asked to share the booking link and allow access on service days.

What services are offered?

Haircuts and lineups, performed by a Florida-licensed master barber.

How is cleanliness handled?

Tools are sanitized between every client, a floor mat protects the space, and all hair is collected and removed before we leave.

Are you insured?

We provide proof of license and liability insurance and will work with your vendor onboarding requirements.

What if few residents book?

We adjust the frequency to match demand. A building can begin monthly and increase as interest grows.
